Data retention
Our standard retention period for client materials is:
12 months after project completion, unless agreed otherwise
This allows for edits, updates or future project phases.
If you require immediate deletion, reduced retention or a bespoke policy, we will follow your requirements.
Once the retention period ends, data is securely deleted from our systems.

When AI tools are used, we ensure:
No training of third-party models on client data
